After failing a safety inspection we were hired by Smoke BBQ to fix the clutter and safety hazard the beer cooler had become. After offering a rack solution, and discussing it with owner Adrian, he wanted it made in removable lite weight sections for cleaning or changing the layout at future. We took measurements of the freezers and made universal sized racks out of T6-6061 aluminum, slats were spaced for hose and tap clearance and allows maximum amount of space. After successful completion of project additional contracts were awarded and word of mouth led to us completing the same project for other restaurants that served beer on tap.
