ABOUT US

OUR MISSION

SPF Welding is a full service welding company offering custom fabrication, welding and metal repair to clients in Tennessee. Our professional welding fabricators provide superior service in our welding shop and field service.

Our experienced welding fabricators, metal workers, and professional shop artists are highly trained, knowledgeable, and experienced at their craft. We have decades of experience and technical skill to handle any custom fabrication job for all commercial and industrial applications, including complete design, installation, and repair services.

EDUCATION

We believe in sharing knowledge and helping the community and younger generation grow and succeed. Part of our core mission statement is, bettering our community. We intend to have multiple levels of training programs and classes available.

STUDENTS

Are you a student looking for a career with OTJ- (On the job training), are you looking for a summer job to help with bills and spending money? Apply with us for a summer program and decide if this is the right career path for you. Are you looking for extra practice or need to brush up on skills? Contact us and we would be happy to book evening or after-hour classes with you.

Average DIY person

We will have weekend classes scheduled starting Jan and scattered throughout the year. (Check social media for dates) Classes will cover Mig welding (GMAW), Tig welding (GTAW), stick welding (SMAW), Oxy-fuel welding. Plasma Cutting, Torch cutting, layout and fabrication. The goal of each class will be to complete a project and be able to take it home with you at the end of class Sunday. Class sizes will be limited to give the best possible experience.

Each class will have classroom lecture and presentations, hands on training, lunch will be provided by a local catering company.

Business

Are your current welders having an excessive rejection rate? Failures? Quality issues? We offer consulting services, Training at our location or yours. We can help address and overcome problems that your welders or painters are having. We have Certified welders, Senior Certified Welding Inspectors, NACE Certified Inspectors on staff.

With 20 years of In-service welding on pipelines and facilities, construction sites, we have the advanced personnel to overcome most welding and coating problems.
