SPF Welding LLC, was awarded another contract by Kung Fu Patio Kitchen,
Owner Eric Lopez chose SPF welding after having past dealings with us. As a partner in the project we were able to join in the vision of the client and offer suggestions. Some major difficulties were encountered during the project. The first pergola was built per engineered drawings and was later rejected by the city of San Antonio, a 2nd pergola was built with about 3x the original amount of steel by weight and the size was expanded.
Our in-house Subject Matter Experts were required to write a certification letter for the City Engineers to accept before a certificate of occupancy was issued. This project was on tight timelines for other trades, opening dates, budget constraints and additional items added as construction progressed. We ended up completing the following major items for Kung Fu Kitchen.
