WATER JET CUTTING, COLD SAW

With state-of-the-art machines we can assure quality parts cut to desired specifications. Tolerances as close as 0.001 inches are possible.

We have decided to partner with Flex Machine tools and utilize a 5 axis, 90,000psi water jet cutting machine allowing us to cut almost any material and thickness, with no heat affected zones, distortion or coloration. Cuts in 2D or 3D.

Press Brake, Bending

SPF consistently produces quality, tight tolerance, fast lead times on single run parts or batch orders. We are always adding tools and dies to our shop with the goal of always being able to take care of our customers.

With press brakes exceeding 110 tons on site, we are able to bend most plates up to 10 feet long up to .375'', if the piece needs bends deeper than 1 foot from edge we can accommodate up to 8 foot wide pieces 1/2'' thick of mild steel and other metals.
